Painted Shaker Doors with a Detail

We've recently completed an order for a set of painted doors with a unique mould. An existing door was sent to us and our task was to copy the design down to the last detail.

This was our final outcome and one we are very proud of. 

Despite appearing to be a simple design, the moulding is not in existence anymore so a cutter had to be created in order to get the detail just right. 

Several man hours later we were left with a set of doors we were happy to send to our awaiting clients.
