Door stile and rail width is 70mm x 22mm thick, with 6.5mm reveals both sides leaving a panel thickness of 9mm. Ogee moulding to reveals.
Doors CNC produced from a single slab of high density moisture resistant highest quality MDF. These doors don’t have any joints to move and crack.

Cabinets CNC cut from Oak Veneered MDF;
These cabinets are made from the highest grade 19mm veneered MDF and are spray finished with 2 coats of clear water based lacquer. Seen edges are covered with 2mm solid oak edgebanding with a 2mm roundover. Samples available by request.

Further bespoke materials available by request.
Supplied with two coats of primer ready for final sanding prior to top coat. We recommend a test panel is completed to check compatibility before commencing with your chosen top coat paint finish.
